Pursuing a Masters in Gender Studies at TISS in '17-'19, I learned to value critical thinking, systems thinking and research. Trained by the best UX practitioners in IDC Bombay’s CEP-HCI program (batch of ‘22-‘23), I have a deep appreciation for the foundations of HCI and goal-directed design.
Today, I bridge old-school and contemporary research and design approaches to help uncover opportunities at the intersection of business needs and customer desires.
